To apply compassion in your life as a compass, simply think back over time as to what triggers compassion in you, gets your heart involved, can always get your undivided attention, can entertain your thought-life for hours and hours? Whatever it is, you'll find that you get yourself happy just thinking about it and usually love talking about it with a trusted friend. This is a great indicator of your true calling and purpose. Jesus was moved with compassion. Compassion moved him. He was always in the right place at the right time!

Now, I want us to take the word compassion and chop off the first three letters which gives us the word Passion. What is your life-long passion? We've talked about the compass, about looking within and specifically recognizing what our true interests are and how just thinking or talking about them effects us. Well, for some there may be many or more than one. This is where the passion comes in. Passion tends to be the feeling part of the compass. I use the word feeling in the sense of bearing witness in our spirits. Once we know where our heart is, the direction it's to go, we can discern the exact choice by listening to the passion we feel in our heart of hearts. There will be a peace beyond all understanding. A sense of fulfillment. A joy beyond words and happiness too. The work though it may be strenuous and require your all will be fun, exciting, and satisfying. The compass will reveal the what, where, and why, and the passion will sort out which what, which where, which why, and give you clarity.

In light of this, may each and every one of us strive all the more to be moved with compassion? It's the surest way that we can all make a difference; in your world, and in my world too!
