Matthew 9:35-38 says:

And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sick- ness and every disease among the people. But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few. Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into the harvest.

Let me tell you what Jesus does whenever he sees people laying down and no one to care for them, or how he feels when he sees people with no one to care for them, no one to reach out to them and involve themselves in a personal way. This is what Jesus said about it. He was moved with compassion toward these people who had just laid down tired. Listen here to what he says because of compassion; that the harvest truly is plenteous but the labourers are few. Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. And I'll dare to say that as you pray, you will find out that YOU are, in fact, one of the labourers that he has chosen for this time of harvest before his immediate return. With a hearty dose of the compassion of Jesus that you've been receiving through the Word we've been sharing thus far, God is lifting you to a higher plane in the spirit where you will no longer be satisfied to live your life in a mindset of my problems, my blessings, my victories, me, my, I, and mine, but you're ready and eager to look beyond self and see with eyes of compassion, God, ready to remove you from you so that He can restore, mend, and heal you and those whom he crosses your path with.

The Holy Spirit has brought you and I together at this appointed time because he is moved with compassion toward you! It is not God's will or plan that you be destroyed nor defeated. You may feel as if it is the beginning of the end, that your life and everything about it seems hopeless. Perhaps you have a great ministry that seems to be going nowhere, and in either case, the devil always tries to make you feel as if you're not good enough but that will all turn around as you put your life, family, and ministry at the feet of Jesus and feel his compassion bursting forth in and around you by His Spirit.

Events in the past are past, mistakes made 'way back when, do not matter now and things that may have happened along the way whether you were or were not to blame no longer need justifying as you are filled to the brim with his compassion. His compassion fails not. It will strengthen you to overcome those little vices you may have needed in days past and you'll never need them again. Hindrances will be moved out of your way and you'll find yourself busy for Jesus in the harvest fields.

Before we wind it up, it's essential and critical that I share the two most important things on earth with you. The first being the Born-Again experience which each and every man, woman, boy, and girl must have as is taught in Romans 10:8-10, which instructs us that we must confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in our heart that God hath raised him from the dead, that in so doing, we shall be saved. And secondly, is the experience which requires that we be born-again in order to qualify for the most precious Gift given to humanity, and that Gift is the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues as is recorded in Acts 2:4.
